The whole thing could've been resolved with a better attitude, but instead the lady in the front decided to be very rude about it. She doesn't care for pink and it was not the color she was led to believe. Once it was on her toes though it was a straight up Barbie pink. My friend however choose an "Orange aura" shellac tone and it loo.ked orange and pretty on the sample pallets they let you choose from. I opted for the white shellac and it was ok, I wasn't very satisfied with the scrubbing procedure bc my feet usually are left feeling super silky, but not this time. The place is very nice, very clean, the ladies that did our pedis were sweet and nice, but the over all experience was not a good one. And if you except for your feet to be smooth and silky as usual after a pedi- don't expect that at this place. As a matter of fact, I wouldn't trust any of the colors except for white. So if you're trying to get the aura orange bc you think it's an orange color, don't. It's not like my friend wanted to be comped of the whole pedi, only the extra $15.00 she had to pay for the shellac color that clearly was not the color advertised.
